Refund Policy:
If you cancel your course within 48 hours of dates booked, your deposit of $200.00 will not be refunded. If there is a legitimate reason for this cancellation, ie. illness or emergency, evidence must be provided.
If you rebook to another date within the 48 hours of your booking your deposit will carry over to new date. This offer is for one rebooking only.
Companies On Site and school - if you book for certain numbers and we are not informed of staff not attending within 48 hours there will be a $150.00 non attendance fee incurred.
